Center Hotels is looking for a hardworking and experienced Sous Chef.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Daily preparation and cooking
  • Guides and trains kitchen staff
  • Supervising the shift and making sure all tasks are completed and all quality standards are followed
  • Responsible for proper handling and storing food for the day
  • Assist the head chef with responsibilities of cost control, orders, inventory status, etc.
  • Other occasional tasks

Education and qualification requirements

  • Positivity and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great customer service
  • Professional and organized work practices
  • Experience from similar work in a kitchen
  • Education as a chef preferred
  • Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • General computer skills

Working hours from 10:00-22:00 or 11:00-23:00 on a 2-2-3 shift schedule. There is no deadline for applications. We will start the interviewing process right away and the application will be open until we find the right candidate.
