Center Hotels is looking for a hardworking and experienced Sous Chef.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Daily preparation and cooking
- Guides and trains kitchen staff
- Supervising the shift and making sure all tasks are completed and all quality standards are followed
- Responsible for proper handling and storing food for the day
- Assist the head chef with responsibilities of cost control, orders, inventory status, etc.
- Other occasional tasks
Education and qualification requirements
- Positivity and excellent interpersonal skills
- Great customer service
- Professional and organized work practices
- Experience from similar work in a kitchen
- Education as a chef preferred
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Ability to work under pressure
- General computer skills
Working hours from 10:00-22:00 or 11:00-23:00 on a 2-2-3 shift schedule. There is no deadline for applications. We will start the interviewing process right away and the application will be open until we find the right candidate.
