Tasks and responsibilities
- Welcome and provide hotel guests with outstanding service.
- Utilize the hotel’s reservation and booking systems; assist the sales team with reservations when needed.
- Answer phone calls and assist with phone services across all hotels.
- Respond to emails.
- Register and sell tours, as well as all hotel services.
- Handle end of day cash settlements.
- Serve drinks to guests at the hotel bar.
- Assistance with the event planning, spa operations, and other administrative tasks.
- Contribute to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
Education and qualification requirements
- Experience in customer service and/or the hotel and tourism industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and disciplined work habits.
- Problem-solving mindset and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
- Positive attitude and flexibility.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
