Tasks and responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide hotel guests with outstanding service.
  • Utilize the hotel’s reservation and booking systems; assist the sales team with reservations when needed.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with phone services across all hotels.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Register and sell tours, as well as all hotel services.
  • Handle end of day cash settlements.
  • Serve drinks to guests at the hotel bar.
  • Assistance with the event planning, spa operations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

Education and qualification requirements

  • Experience in customer service and/or the hotel and tourism industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and disciplined work habits.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
